Former policewoman Nerys Bethan Lloyd, 39, had organised a weekend outing on the Cleddau River for paddleboarders Morgan Rogers, 24, Nicola Wheatley, 40, Andrea Powell, 41, and co-instructor Paul O'Dwyer, 42.
