For some, when the verbal commitment is made, some of the work is done. For Ohio State pledge Bryce West, it’s clearly not the case.
The 5-foot, 11-inch, 177-pound cornerback isn’t resting on the fact that the Buckeyes accepted his commitment. He’s making sure that when he arrives in Columbus, West is ready to compete for a job.
How? Well, West went to Twitter and shared some of his Sunday, working with Andre Cliff and his elite performance training academy. One of the best parts of West’s game is his ability to change direction, or as they say in the defensive back world, flipping your hips.
Check out below the video West shared as he continues to prepare for his senior season and moving on to Columbus.
