An incredible video has emerged of a faithful dog helping bury his best pal as two friends looked on in disbelief.
Little Scrappy, a firm favourite at the North Mayo Horse Sanctuary (NMHS), passed away in August and was being laid to rest on the grounds of the charity when something extraordinary unfolded.
A grave was dug and Scrappy was swaddled in cloth and gently laid to rest.. but before the charities workers could back fill in her grave best friend Snowy took over.

And with his muzzle and paws, he pushed the soil into the grave covering Scrappy's remains in what appears to have been a final goodbye and act of friendship.
So astonished were the men tasked with the job, that the managed to capture the moment on a short video saying: "A dog covering the grave, nobody would believe that."
And Labrador mix Snowy even jumped into the grave to make sure the whole of Scrappy was covered in soil.
North Mayo Horse Sanctuary shared the heartbreaking 40-second clip of Snowy helping his owners say goodbye.
The charity posted the video on their Facebook page, saying: "We said goodbye to our little dog Scrappy and her pal Snowy covered in her grave.
