NEW DELHI: ‘Chase your dreams, they do come true’ – the golden words came from batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar after he hung up his cricketing boots in 2013. The words seem apt for Mumbai youngster Yashasvi Jaiswal who made his international debut on Wednesday during the opening Test match against the West Indies in Dominica.
Yashasvi’s quintessential rags-to-riches tale has been an inspiration for many and he lived his long-time dream - wearing India Test whites - when he was handed his debut cap by India captain Rohit Sharma.
