Minutes after Poznan had taken a lead, Kobayashi ensured the teams would go in evel at the break.
The 26-year-old was passed the ball just inside the opposition half and strode forward unchallenged. When the space opened up, he unleased a left foot pildriver which sailed into the top corner.
It was only his second goal since moving to Europe, the first also coming for the Poles last season. It was the fifth goal of his entire career after two for Yokohama FC and one for Vissel Kobe.

However, Michal Girgul would go on to score a later winner to deny the former Celt and his teammates from securing a big point.
Kobayashi played as Bialystok beat Rangers over two legs in Europa League qualifying before ultimately reaching the league phase.
