It was a busy weekend for Cork 'Mothers & Others' GAA teams who competed in the LGFA National Blitz on Saturday.
Per Cork Beo, West Cork's Meela Moos were one of the 132 teams from across the country chosen to play, finding some time between their full schedule to show spectators some of their brilliant dance moves as well as their top notch football skills.
Sharing the warm up on their social media, the Kilnameena team, along with thousands of others took part in a major flash mob, dancing with over 130 teams to the iconic 'Cha Cha Slide.'

Speaking on the fabulous event, Tracy Walsh of West Cork's Meela Moos team said they enjoyed an incredible day despite the weather, saying there wasn't enough rain in the world to dampen the craic they were having.
"We got absolutely soaked but we didn't care. Before the games kicked off, they got us all to do this major warm - so we took it as an opportunity to have a bit of fun."
"The entire event was just fabulous - we were treated to a silent disco, barbecues, music, the whole lot. It was just amazing," she said.
Having played five tournament games at the Portmarnock Blitz, the Meela Moos are no strangers to the Capital, having played half time at this year's Ladies Football Final in Croke Park.
Since then, Tracy says that interest in the 'Mothers & Others' GAA team has only grown stronger, with other teams across the Rebel County also looking to get involved.
"We've received calls from nearby clubs asking us for information and how to get involved, so it's really promising - and it's great for us because the more teams there are, the more we're able to play and compete."
The Meela Moos teams will also be joining the Cork county mayor later this month in a reception hosted especially for them, celebrating their extensive achievements since setting up in August last year.
Speaking on the invite, Tracy said: "We're delighted to be going to the County Hall, it's great to be getting recognition for what we're doing, and the more we can share with people what we're doing, the better."
