NEW DELHI: In a thrilling display of pace and precision, India pacer Akash Deep delivered a fiery in-swinger that left New Zealand skipper Tom Latham stunned during Day 2 of the third and final Test in Mumbai.
The incident happened in the first over of the NZ's second innings when Kiwi skipper Latham, who survived a close lbw appeal on the previous ball, looked to drive but the ball sharply nipped back late from outside off, and went right through the big bat-pad gap to hit the timber.
