Sean McVay got the Rams to Super Bowl LIII three years ago, but he and his team were forced to watch the Patriots celebrate on the field in Atlanta after Los Angeles lost, 13-3.
The Rams avenged that loss by beating the Bengals on Sunday night in Super Bowl LVI, the franchise’s second Super Bowl title. Instead of sulking in defeat and wondering where things went wrong, the Rams were the ones celebrating – and on their home field, nonetheless.
After Matthew Stafford’s final kneel-down, A’Shawn Robinson hit Sean McVay with the Gatorade bath – which, for you bettors out there, was blue. Robinson didn’t miss his coach, either, absolutely drenching McVay.
