Celtic are reportedly closing in on an £8 million deal for Mateusz Bogusz – and his showreel playing for current MLS side Los Angeles FC looks impressive.
The Polish midfielder – who turns 22 today, on Thursday, August 22 – has spent the last year of his career playing football in America's west coast, and was first linked with a move to Glasgow's east end earlier this week.
Talks are understood to have taken place, with personal terms unlikely to be an issue, however finalising any potential deal is still far from certain.

Again, Bogusz is primarily an attacking midfielder but the 22-year-old can also play as centre forward – as his eye for goal above likely illustrates.
Bogusz has scored 20 goals during his 74 appearances for MLS side LAFC, at the same time providing 14 assists for his teammates.
With Matt O'Riley and Brighton still locked in talks regarding the midfielder's potential move to the English Premier League, and with the likes of Reo Hatate and Kyogo Furuhashi garnering interest elsewhere, the next week of transfer business could be crucial for Brendan Rodgers. The Celtic manager has already spoken candidly about reenforcing his side's midfield options, and the above footage would certainly suggest Bogusz is capable of doing so.
