Washington wildfires: Man suspected of starting devastating blaze arrested; 700+ US buildings destroyed

A 37-year-old man suspected of starting one of several wildfires that have ravaged communities around Spokane in Washington state was arrested on Monday. The blazes have destroyed more than 700 buildings and forced about 67,000 people to flee their homes, authorities said.
