Washington mom allegedly pulls a knife on her daughters while driving on I-5, then chases one after a crash yelling ‘I’m going to kill you’

A Monday morning drive on Interstate 5 in Washington state is now at the center of an attempted murder case. Police say a mother’s words and actions inside her SUV left both of her daughters hurt, and that the attack continued after the vehicle stopped.

According to Law&Crime, Janieka Ellington, 35, faces charges of attempted murder and assault in Pierce County. Her daughters are 15 and 10 years old. A probable cause affidavit obtained by the outlet lays out the allegations, which have not been tested in court.
