The preseason is over, and now NFL teams must make the difficult decision to trim their rosters to 53 players. Every NFL team has until 4:00 p.m. ET Tuesday afternoon to finalize their roster.
The Washington Commanders began making moves Monday by releasing three players. Keep in mind, defensive end Chase Young will begin the 2022 season on the reserve/PUP list, meaning he will not count against Washington’s 53-man roster.
