Reality star Kim Kardashian and comedian Pete Davidson have called it quits on their nine-month romance.
This comes after the Hulu star, 41, went on a four-day visit to Australia just three weeks ago to see Davidson, 28, in Queensland between his filming for Wizards.
Reports have suggested the reality star went to great lengths to avoid being papped whilst on her trip, rather than showing off her romance to photographers suggesting some trouble between the former couple.
The mother of four’s security team made sure the Kardashian went unnoticed as she arrived in her private jet in July for the “low-key trip”.
A source told Daily Mail Australia at the time: “This is the one per cent of time she doesn’t want to have to worry about getting glammed up and just wants to switch off.
“She’s just here to spend time with Pete and has no plans on leaving the hotel. It’s a very low-key trip and she doesn’t want to be bothered.”
The pair stayed in a resort in Port Douglas for extra privacy after they were made to relocate from a lodge in Mossman.
The secrecy of the Aussie trip has been hinted as a sign of trouble in the former loveu-up couple’s relationship, coming just weeks before their shock split.
Long distance and work schedules are just two of the reasons reported for the stars’ split as a source told Page Six that the Kardashian star was tired with the relationship and other things happening in her life, in addition to Davidson’s younger age and immaturity.
The source said: “‘Pete is 28 and Kim is 41 — they are just in very different places at the moment.
“Pete is totally spontaneous and impulsive and wants her to fly to New York, or wherever he is on a moment’s notice. But Kim has four kids and it isn’t that easy...”
Another insider told the Daily Mail that the break-up between the pair was “completely amicable”.
