Was Influencers Nina Santiago and Patrick Blackwood SUV Crash Staged? Internet Theories Point to Clickbait Stunt

A horrifying moment unfolded at CuVee's Culinary Creations in Houston when an SUV crashed through a restaurant window as popular food influencers Nina Santiago and Patrick Blackwood were filming a review. Footage shows the couple scrambling from their booth as glass shattered around them. Fans quickly flooded the comments with mixed reactions, with some praising the filming, saying, 'Who ever was filming this did awesome job. I can't believe they didn't drop the camera', while others expressed suspicion, claiming, 'I can't believe they staged this for clicks', and 'Hate to say it but I wouldn't find it surprising if that whole thing was staged just for a shot at internet fame!' Authorities described the crash as a 'freak accident', confirming the driver was unharmed.

Nina Santiago, 27, known online as NinaUnrated, and Patrick Blackwood, 29, a fitness enthusiast, have gained fame for their engaging YouTube channel, Unrated EX Files, where they review meals and share lifestyle content. Previously a couple, they continue to collaborate professionally. Both sustained minor injuries but emphasised their gratitude for surviving, with Santiago posting on Instagram, 'This experience showed me who truly matters; life's too short for grudges or anger. Let go, forgive, live in the now, and cherish those around you'.
