Luke Metcalf will need to fight his way back into first grade after the replacement halves pairing earned Andrew Webster's tick of approval in the Warriors' 36-14 win over plucky Parramatta.

As a newly fit Metcalf sat unused on the interchange bench, halves duo Tanah Boyd and Chanel Harris-Tavita gave the Warriors a 16-6 half-time lead in Parramatta on Saturday.
