A third man wanted for the alleged murder of a man brutally stabbed in a Brisbane street has been arrested as the manhunt for the final suspect continues.

Wanted man Thomas Myler, 35, was cornered by police during a raid by police at a home in Wellington Point on Friday night.

It is understood the raid of the Skinner Avenue home involved teams of specialist police and the dog squad.

A number of other people at the home are also being questioned.

Myler has been on the run for four days and is the third man arrested over the death of Levi Johnson who was fatally stabbed outside a gym car park in the southern suburb of Mansfield on Monday.

Two cars boxed in his vehicle before four men got out and started smashing his windows. Mr Johnson ran away but two men caught up with him nearby, and he was stabbed multiple times.

The manhunt for Kyle Martin, 24, continues, with police calling for his surrender.

"It certainly is something that was ferocious, it happened extremely quickly and they were indeed passionate about completing their task," Detective Superintendent Andrew Massingham earlier told reporters.

Police services nationwide were notified of arrest warrants, and Queensland Police allege Myler and Martin were part of the 13 Kings gang at the time of the attack.

CCTV footage released by police on Friday shows Martin at the Carindale shopping centre before the attack.

"We say that the four individuals met at a location nearby, that they observed the victim, Mr Johnson, for some time, waited for him to depart a particular location and then follow him where they eventually cornered him in the car park of the gym at Mansfield or Carindale," Det Supt Massingham said.

Police appeal for anyone with dashcam footage from the Creek Road car park between 12.30pm and 2.10pm on Monday to come forward.

They also seek any dashcam footage from the Winstanley Street car park between 11.05am and 1pm to come forward.

"This is a significant strategy that will certainly help us identify the final movements of these individuals just before and after the offence took place," Det Supt Massingham added.

Police say any associates of Martin assisting in harbouring him can be charged with accessory to murder, which carries a possible sentence of life imprisonment.
