'Warnings likely' - Met Éireann gives its verdict amid potential named storm threat 'within days'

Met Éireann has said that weather warnings are "likely" next week as a potential storm moves over Ireland from the Atlantic.

Strong winds are predicted along with rain in what some weather experts predict could be the first named storm of the year here.
