In 2023 May will have seen three bank holiday weekends by the time it is out.

While employees may be made up to get an extra long weekend, a bank holiday can be one of the busiest times for an employer. With the extra demand pinned on some, one of the most asked questions is ‘can I be made to work on a bank holiday?’
