Motorists parking in the city centre have been warned to be "vigilant" after thieves targeted an NCP.
An email was sent around to office workers, in the Pall Mall area, after reports of 'break-ins and robberies' in the nearby car park. The warning reads: "I regret to inform you that there have been sightings of robberies/break ins to cars and motor cycles in the NCP Pall Mall Car Park.
"Please stay vigilant and report anything to the Police and security. Don’t leave anything on show in your cars and lock securely." The ECHO understands that one worker, watched from the office as their moped was taken by thugs wearing all black and balaclavas.

Merseyside Police said it is aware of the theft and that a moped was found abandoned some time later, on Tuesday, July 11.
A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: "We recovered a moped shortly after its theft from a car park in Liverpool city centre on Tuesday (11 July). We were called shortly after 2.30pm to a report the grey Sym Jet 14 moped had been taken some time between 10am-3pm.
"The offenders are believed to have entered the car park via East Street, before pushing the stolen moped towards Leeds Street. One was on a bicycle and both were wearing balaclavas.
"Following further reports, the bike was seen by officers heading towards Everton Park. It was found abandoned at 3.20pm at Courtier Close and efforts to locate the offenders are ongoing.
"An investigation is underway and officers are speaking to witnesses and exploring all CCTV opportunities in the area. We are appealing for anyone with information, and are particularly keen to hear from anyone who was driving in the area at around 2.30pm today who may have dashcam.
