Warning to 10million customers of JD Sports, Millets and Blacks after hacking

JD Sports JD Blacks Millets

Sports fashion retail group JD Sports has issued a warning to customers after being targeted by a cyberattack. Hackers gained access to a system that contains customer data relating to online orders placed between November 2018 and October 2020.

The affected JD Sports group brands are JD, Size?, Millets, Blacks, Scotts and MilletSport, reports BusinessLive. In a statement the group said the "affected data is limited". It added that it does not hold full payment card data and "has no reason to believe that account passwords were accessed".

JD Sports said the information consists of the name, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number, order details and the final four digits of payment cards of approximately 10million unique customers.
