Warning over Tesco TikTok method used to get free sweets

Tesco TikTok

A warning has been issued over a TikTok hack which takes £1 off sweets at Tesco.

Named the 'Tesco Method', shoppers have been able to claim several bags of sweets for free. The loophole first appeared on TikTok and showed customers using a coupon with a barcode.

The coupon is said to have originated through a customer complaint and was only meant to be used once. However, the barcode was shared on social media, allowing many people to claim the discount.
