Wanted: The Stuffed Bear Bandit. FBI offers $5,000 for arrest of Chicago bank robber

The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a bank robber it has dubbed the “Stuffed Bear Bandit.”

The robber got his name because he was spotted clutching a Winnie the Pooh and Dalmatian plush toys when he entered a PNC Bank at 8700 S. Cottage Grove Ave. on March 6.
