Want the biological age of a teenager? The rise of longevity retreats

Just ask the billionaire tech bros: health is wealth. If you’ve seen the Netflix series with Bryan Johnson – the 47-year-old entrepreneur who’s spent millions trying to reverse the process of ageing – you’ll know that today’s hottest asset isn’t a ten-digit bank balance. It’s having the biological age of a teenager, even when you’re well into midlife.
