Wang Yefei cause of death: How did the chinese influencer Sister Wang Zha die at 39 during livestream?

Wang Yefei, a 39 year old Chinese livestream seller known online as “Sister Wang Zha,” died on March 9 after suddenly collapsing while broadcasting live to her followers. The frightening moment happened during a morning livestream when she suddenly grabbed her head and neck in pain and asked people nearby to call for emergency help. Thousands of viewers were watching at the time as the situation unfolded in real time. What started as a normal livestream selling women’s clothes quickly turned into a medical emergency.

According to Chinese outlet Jimu News and regional news site VNExpress International, Wang Yefei shouted for someone to “call 120,” the emergency ambulance number in China, after saying she felt unwell. She was rushed to a hospital soon after the broadcast stopped. Doctors later confirmed that Wang Yefei had suffered a brainstem hemorrhage. Sadly, she could not be saved. Her sudden death shocked fans who had followed her daily livestreams and watched her sell clothing online for years.
