Wallabies pip Wales to extend Schmidt's winning start

The Wallabies have notched up consecutive wins for the first time since 2021, outlasting Wales 36-28 in heavy rain at AAMI Park in Melbourne.

Continuing a positive start to the Joe Schmidt era, Australia stormed out of the blocks to lead 17-0 after 25 minutes on Saturday night, but had to withstand a comeback powered by inspirational Welsh captain Dewi Lake.
