Wales boss Rob Page wants to hold "conversations" with Nottingham Forest over the fitness of Neco Williams as he prepares to name his latest squad.
The defender was ruled out for the rest of the campaign after fracturing his jaw during the Reds' 3-1 win over Brighton at the end of April.
Williams has also been a key player for his country having played in every game for his nation during last year's World Cup finals before they were knocked out in the group stages.
