A mum has spoken out after her daughter, who works at an Irish restaurant, was made to pay the bill after a table of diners left without paying.
Listeners to the RTE Joe Duffy show were left disgusted after they heard about the ‘dine and dash’ from a mother who called in to the show to say it happened to her daughter at the weekend.
The woman, known only as Louise, said her daughter ended up working for free after the group ate a meal and then did a runner and the bill was taken out of her wages, reports the Irish Mirror.
