A man was wrongly jailed over the death of a young tradie, whose body was found on the side of a road in a tropical tourist town, but a coroner still insists he was the victim of homicide.
Josh Warneke, 21, died from severe head injuries in the early hours of February 26, 2010, after a night out with mates in Broome, in Western Australia's Kimberley region.
Initial thoughts were that he could have been a victim of a hit-and-run involving a motor vehicle or been assaulted and left there.
