Can I get a free VOXI SIM?
Yes, new customers can order a free SIM through the VOXI website by providing their name, email address, and postcode (for a postal address lookup). Your SIM will then be sent by post, and can be activate online once you've received it. Delivery is free, and you just need to choose your plan to start your rolling 30-day subscription. If it's not for you, it's contract-free, so you can cancel anytime.
Does VOXI cover my area?
If you're not sure how good VOXI's coverage is in your neighbourhood, head to the dedicated coverage checker on the brand's website and enter your postcode. Here, you'll be able to see coverage strength for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G signal.
What is VOXI For Now?
VOXI For Now is the networks saver plan for customers in receipt of government benefits. Eligible customers can take out a monthly plan that includes unlimited 5G data, texts and calls, and is billed at just £10 a month. You'll just need to undergo a quick verification check to confirm you are in receipt of either Jobseeker’s allowance, Universal Credit, Employment and Support Allowance, Disability allowance, or a Personal independence payment, and then you'll be able to stay on VOXI For Now for 6 months. Once the 6 months is up, you'll then be auto-enrolled on VOXI's standard £10 per month plan.
What is the VOXI returns policy?
VOXI customers can send back products including mobiles, accessories and other physical items within 30 days of their purchase. If you choose to return and item, you will need to inform the customer service team of your intention to return your items, and they will send you a pre-paid envelope or returns label. The item must not be damaged, and must include all items and documentation it was shipped with. Any plans must be cancelled within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for refunds. Note that these will not be eligible for refunds if you have made any calls, texts or used any data, and any digital products such as software, music or games are non-refundable.
How do I contact VOXI?
You can contact the VOXI team through the live chat feature on their website. Just look for the chat icon in the right hand corner, or head to the Contact Us page. If you need to speak to a member of the customer service team, let the chat bot know your query or issue and you will be referred to the relevant department where appropriate.

Look out for VOXI deals: VOXI offers a number of deals on mobile phones and SIM only plans. We've previously seen as much as £350 off selected mobiles, plus cashback offers on a number of devices, and as much as 50GB of free extra data added on to selected monthly SIM Only plans.
Student-only deals: VOXI also offers a number of student-only deals, which can be redeemed if you verify your student status with a valid UniDays or Student Beans account. As well as better monthly prices and up to 50GB of extra data free of charge, students will also get the first month of their chosen plan completely free.
Buy refurbished: If you aren't dying for a brand new device, you can save a little money on your chosen device and monthly plan by opting for refurbished alternatives. VOXI sells a number of refurbished mobiles, with condition ranging between good, great and like-new. All devices undergo a 32-point health check to ensure they're fully functional and ready for resale, and you'll find prices as much as £5 per month lower than you would get buying brand new.
Friends with benefits: If you know someone who'd like VOXI, give your friend the benefits of your membership by referring them to the network. Simply share your unique referral link, sent to you when you joined, and when your friend orders a SIM through the link, once you've both been with VOXI for 2 months, you'll both be sent your voice of vouchers for Amazon, PayPal or JustEat worth £20. You can also refer additional friends, with rewards rising as you refer more new members.
VOXI Drop: Members are rewarded for their loyalty with the VOXI Drop scheme, which grants freebies every month. Each month, freebies rotate, and members have the chance to win more than 60,000 items including free sweets, hats, protein packs, discounted cinema tickets and more. The scheme also runs a number of additional monthly prize draws which you can enter for a chance to win big with brands like JBL, Odeon, and the Royal Albert Hall.
How to use VOXI promo codes
1) Look through the selection of available VOXI promo codes listed at the top of this page.
2) Choose one you'd like to add to your order and click the "Get Code" button next to it.
3) Your unique code will be revealed in a new tab - copy it to your clipboard for later.
4) Head back to your old tab to visit the VOXI website and start shopping.
5) Add the products and plans you want to order to your basket as you go.
6) When you're ready to order, click on your basket to be taken to the checkout screen.
7) Find the field marked "promo code" and paste your unique code here.
8) Click "apply" and your order total should be amended to reflect your savings.
