Volvo's U.S. PHEV Sales Doubled, But EVs Were Down 78% In May 2024

Volvo Cars USA reported 10,153 U.S. sales in May, down 5% year-over-year. Year-to-date, sales are up 10%, with 51,708 units sold. Meanwhile, Volvo's plug-in car sales increased noticeably last month—although only thanks to plug-in hybrids.
