Volkswagen has priced its Legend edition at ₹ 10.25 lakh, with the special edition based on the GT TSI variant to celebrate the hatchback’s 12-year journey in India. It comes powered with a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to an automatic gearbox.
This edition also marks the current-gen Polo’s last hurrah in the Indian market before its end of production.
The Polo Legend edition is a dealer-installed kit that includes glossy black roof foil, Legend decals on the doors, black trunk garnish, and Legend fender and boot badges. The limited-edition is based on the top-spec GT TSI variant and sees no other changes to the exterior or interior. It is likely that Volkswagen will have a limited run of 700 units of the Legend.
