Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews have revealed their newborn baby son's name - and the touching inspiration behind it.
The couple are already parents to three-year-old son Theodore and Gigi, 20 months, and welcomed their newest arrival on April 18.
Opening up to Hello! magazine, Spencer said that he felt they were very fortunate and feel "very blessed" to have a big family.
Vogue, 36, and Spencer, 33, have named their newborn son Otto and say that their other children already enjoy playing with him as he is already a "member of their gang".
Opening up about how they came up with his name, they revealed that his middle name was inspired by Spencer's brother.
Vogue explained: "I heard somebody else's child called Otto a couple of years ago and the name always stuck.
"I just loved it. I think Otto James together sounds really cool."
The couple announced the birth of their son last month as they shared a photo of their two other children gazing lovingly over a Moses basket, Spencer wrote: "And then there were three..." with a heart emoji.
Sharing a photo of their children cuddling, Vogue wrote: "We are so happy to announce that our beautiful boy arrived safely on Monday evening.
"Bursting with love he is the perfect addition to our family," she wrote, also adding a heart emoji.
Her post was inundated with messaged of congratulations from famous pals including Angela Scanlan, Emma Louise Connolly and Rosie Fortescue.
"AMAZING!!!!!! Congratulations lovely and all your gorgeous family," Angela wrote.
Former co-stars of Spencer also took to Instagram to show their support.
Millie Mackintosh left three pink love hearts, while Jamie Laing left a love heart and fire emoji.
The couple announced that they were expecting their third child in October and then told fans it was a boy in December.
Speaking to HELLO! magazine, Vogue said: "Baby number three on the way!!! This has been a lot harder to hide third time around, I feel like I've had a bump since the first month."
