** WATCH: In episode 5 of our vodcast series, CWC22 with Jimmy and Kristy, Australian bowler Nicola Carey explains how her side keep their freakish winning streak, and picks the player who'll have the biggest impact at the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup. **
Australia go into this World Cup the out-and-out favourites, having lost only one ODI match in the last four years. And allrounder Nicola Carey reckons the key to their sustained success is each Australian player understanding their role in the side.
Playing at her first ODI World Cup, Carey says regular "role clarity" meetings determine what each player needs to do on and off the field. And the depth of the Australian line-up means they don't rely on any one player to star in every match.
But she tells Kristy Havill and Jimmy Neesham the in-form Tahlia McGrath, who played a telling role in Australia's Ashes victory over England this summer, could be the player to watch at this World Cup - after missing the last through injury.
Carey also reveals the ringleader of the Australian team's golf group, who've been playing Christchurch courses every second day since they came out of MIQ.
