Vishal Nirmiti shares list at 2% discount over IPO price on NSE, BSE

Vishal Nirmiti GMP BSE NSE IPO

Shares of Vishal Nirmiti made a weak stock market debut on Thursday, listing at a discount of 2.27% on the BSE and NSE. The stock opened at Rs 215 apiece against the issue price of Rs 220.

The Rs 178 crore Vishal Nirmiti IPO comprises a fresh issue of 65.91 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 145 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 15 lakh shares worth Rs 33 crore.
