People who earned an Avengers Infinity Gauntlet medal by finishing a virtual fitness challenge are being told to stop using it and throw it away. The Conqueror, the New Zealand company behind the app-based challenges, recalled about 476 of the medals on Oct. 8 after three reports that magnets came loose, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The CPSC notice does not list any injuries. But finisher medals often end up on a shelf, hung on a door or handed to a curious child, which is why a loose magnet is a household concern.
