Head to Launceston’s Cataract Gorge Reserve to paddle in the pool or just soak up some rays near the water.
Immersing yourself in all the food, wine and culture Tassie has to offer is another big ol’ pull to heading South. Head to a winery in Tamar Valley, a food tour on Bruny Island and Mona (the Museum of Old and New Art) in Hobart.
Can’t wait to breathe, eat and honestly, just lie down in Tassie. Maybe I’ll see ya there!
