An Edinburgh barista has gone viral on TikTok after a bold move on a customer she wanted to take on a date.
Taking to TikTok, Sophie - also known as @yungoatmilk on the social media platform - recorded her self as the customer was seated admitting she wanted to "shoot my shot."
Taking her chances, she made a coffee for the man writing "ur cute" in a foam message on his coffee.

To date the viral video now has just under 40 million views and almost five million likes.
In an update, which also has million of views and likes, the barista said she managed to secure his number and the pair have been messaging each other ever since.
Having returned home from her holiday, she recently took to the video-platform yet again but this time to share the steps of how to make the coffee art that begged her a date - in case you need to do it yourself.
Speaking in the step-by-step tutorial the barista poured the espresso shot first, prepared the milk and poured it in before showing her viewers how to create the bear coffee art.
Using Cairngorms coffee, she made the basic outline for the animal's face and then said those wanting to try the art should use any "pointed object" in order to create features by "dipping it into the brown coffee and essentially using that to draw on to the white bit of the milk.

In a disclaimer Sophie wrote: "NOTE this wasn’t for a customer, just made for the purpose of the video! The metal check spike thingy is obviously cleaned before/after use!!"
Admitting she had only been doing it for 10 months and was welcome to any tips, people still praised her in the comment section.
One said: "This is so cute are you kidding"
Another added: "Mine never turn out like this ahah"
"That's so cool" a third simply said.
Many people were also after an update on her date with the customer which she said she would do this weekend.
