"Sometimes you have to give yourself the push," writes a Twitter user, in Spanish, whose account goes by the name Don_Favs as it shares a video of a father-daughter duo enjoying a slide ride.
The video was shared on July 1, 2022 and within hours it has garnered over 86.7k likes, 14.3k retweets.
In the 10 seconds video, the origin of which is not known, a baby girl pushes her father on a slide first and then after she is ready for her slide ride she pushes herself and slides down.

The Internet is fascinated with how the young girl did not wait for someone to push her and instead pushed herself to move ahead.

Many people have shared their experiences with young kids in their families and have said how young ones are so self sufficient when it comes to motivation and encouragement.
Teaching kids self help can make them emotionally robust
Kids rely on elders in the beginning few months of their life. Once they start exploring the world around them they should be taught to do things on their own. Instead of spoon-feeding them everything and protecting them for the tiniest matter they should be left alone to figure out a way themselves.
When a child learns to walk, instead of holding the hands, always leave it for sometime. Let the child fall down and then get up on its own. This builds resilience in the child as a result of which gradually it moves ahead on its own without anyone's assistance.
The little girl's self-push is a glaring example of that. After pushing her Dad, she could have stood there waiting for somebody, most probably her mother who is recording the video, to come and push her. But instead of that, immediately after pushing her dad, she embarked on the journey with a little small push with tiny palms and stretched hands behind her back.
This also reminds us all, adults specifically, who after helping someone in their difficulties expect to be helped in return. The young girl's mannerisms are an eye opener for all those who seek help in return for help.
