NEW DELHI: On Thursday, Bhupinder Singh Hooda, the former chief minister of Haryana, stated that if the Congress had the necessary seats in the state assembly, he would have proposed wrestler Vinesh Phogat to the Rajya Sabha.

On Thursday, the grappler announced the end of her career as an international wrestler, stating she lacked the strength to go on.
