A vile Scots pervert was caught with a haul of child abuse and bestiality videos after a raid by cops.
Willum Webster amassed sick footage including children aged between two and ten being raped by adult men and women.
A court heard the films showed the young victims in “extreme distress” during their ordeals.
The 31-year-old also had bestiality material showing adult women in sexual activity with horses and dogs.
Webster appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Friday and admitted charges of possessing indecent photos of children and “extreme” pornography involving humans and animals.
Fiscal depute Gavin Marshall said police officers executed a search warrant at Webster’s address in the city’s Abbeyhill area.
Mr Marshall said a tablet and mobile phone were seized during the operation and later analysed.
The tablet was found to contain 14 movies at Category A - the worst level - with children between two and ten being raped and abused.
Mr Marshall said: “In the videos some of the children are in extreme distress.”
The prosecutor said “extreme pornography movies” were uncovered involving women and animals.
The mobile phone contained images of girls aged between babies and twelve-years-old across Categories A, B and C.
Dozens of still images and nearly 30 videos were found in total.
Interviewed by cops about the child abuse material, Webster replied: “I don’t know how those got onto my tablet.”
Asked about the bestiality videos, he said: “I’ve got them. I’ve watched them. Once I’m done with them I delete them straight away. That’s why there’s nothing on my phone.”
On Friday Webster admitted possessing the material between December 15 2020 and September 9 last year when police swooped on his home.
Sheriff Robert Fife deferred sentence on Webster until next month for reports and placed him on the sex offenders register.
