KOLKATA: Odisha's campaign in Vijay Hazare Trophy ended on a high on Tuesday as they beat Mumbai in a Group A game by 86 runs in Alur, Karnataka.
Asked to bat first, Odisha could make just 199 for 9 in their stipulated 50 overs. But the bowlers put up a solid performance to dismiss Ajinkya Rahane & Co for just 113 in 32.3 overs. Rajesh Mohanty, Debabrata Pradhan, Govinda Poddar and Abhishek Yadav took two wickets each while Shantanu Mishra grabbed one and Prasad Pawar was run out.
