A vigilante mother bundled a suspected drug dealer into a van before strapping him to a chair and leaving him bound and gagged with duct tape.
Linda Gowers took direct action against Michael Graham over fears that he was part of a county lines drug gang targeting children in Kirriemuir, Angus.
Gowers, 40, from Kirriemuir, told police she planned to slit Graham's throat before setting him on fire as part of a "citizen's arrest."
