Viewers have reacted to an emotional documentary about the Big Brother star Nikki Grahame with an outpouring of love for the late star. Nikki was a contestant on the seventh series of the Channel 4 reality show, which aired in May 2006.
But she has become known more recently for her death in 2021 at just 38 after decades of living with eating disorders. Nikki suffered from anorexia nervosa throughout her life.
Nikki, from Northwood, London, went on to have a career in television - including starring in her own E4 reality show. After Big Brother, Nikki starred in reality show Princess Nikki in September 2006.
Channel 4 documentary Nikki Grahame: Who Is She? (Thursday, April 7) at 9pm offered a behind-the-scenes look at the reality Nikki faced while living with her eating disorder. It featured home videos and interviews with her loved ones, including her mother and close friends - and it really touched a chord in fans of the reality star.

Another tweeter offered her own personal take on Nikki. V for Very @hail2thetealeaf said: "I met #NikkiGrahame while working on BB. She was a sweetheart. I also have close experience of supporting a loved one with an ED. Sufferers of EDs still do not get the attention & support they deserve."

And one tweeter addressed the issues which Nikki grappled with all of her life. Faizal Perager @man18united tweeted: " #NikkiGrahame Talking about her Anorexia is so heartbreaking. The inner turmoil she must have felt, it's so sad."
