Viewers of Tipping Point aren't very happy with the 'celeb' edition of the latest new episode of ITV's Tipping Point. Taking part in a Soccer Aid special were three 'famous faces'. A Place in the Sun's Lee Juggernauth, ITV favourite Jeff Brazier and Freestyle Football World Champion, Liv Cooke. The charity edition of the show was played in aid of UNICEF ahead of Soccer Aid on Sunday, June 12. Celebrities previously joined TikTok to also raise money, which you can read about here.
Host Ben Shephard opened the show in a different way than he usually does, as he introduced the celebrities to their podiums. Tipping Point, which has been running repeats this week, sees contestants answer general knowledge questions in a bid to win counters from a machine similar to arcade games.
As the episode opened, social media users vented on Twitter to express their confusion at the choice of celebrities. Dariquo said: "Who?" as the three introduced themselves.

In a similar vein, Jon70235472 put: "Who the hell is this lot?". Tipping Point usually features members of the general public competing to win up to £10,000.
One person who was not a fan was Simo. He wrote on Twitter: "Good cause [sic] but don't like the celebrity ones, and I know celebrity is pushing it."
Host Ben encouraged viewers to donate to Soccer Aid in a post on his own Twitter, as he promoted the show.
Created by Robbie Williams in 2006, Soccer Aid for UNICEF is the world’s biggest celebrity football match, raising money to give kids the best start in life. Once a year, England take on their opponents, the Soccer Aid World XI FC. Supported by passionate fans in an iconic stadium and broadcast live on ITV and STV, the event harnesses the power of football to help make sure that children can grow up happy, healthy and able to play.
