Friday night’s episode of Love Island (July 1) saw a double-dumping of two contestants on the ITV show. Danica, Tasha and the newest girl to the villa, Antigoni were in the bottom three, decided by the public.
However, it was the boys in the villa who made the decision of which girl would pack their bags and go home in tonight's episode of Love Island. The boys decided to save Danica and Tasha in the ITV show, meaning Antigoni went home.
Some viewers expressed their shock at Antigoni leaving the show. @OverItTBHH wrote: ‘’Going to miss Antigoni’s Phil Mitchel voice #LoveIsland." @KateBHdj said ‘’Antigoni was the best one… ffs #LoveIsland’’.

It was clear that those in the villa would miss Antigoni too. But some Twitter users thought the villa’s reaction to Antigoni leaving was overbearing.
@heart_rauhl wrote: ‘’Why they acting like Antigoni is dead? Chill #LoveIsland’.’ While @ruviexo added: ‘’Omg if I hear another person refer to Antigoni I’ll go crazy, she was there a week."
Some tweeters also pointed out that they thought the girls in the villa were being mean to Danica, after realising that she would be staying in the villa, over Antigoni. @DwaekkisBiGf wrote: ‘’What's Paige's problem with Danica? #LoveIsland’’
@Mimideexo said: ‘’The only girls that are genuinely nice to Danica are Ekin-Su and Indiyah. #Loveisland’’. Adding to this narrative, @user7372046391 wrote: ‘’The girls are being so fake to Danica.’’
Some viewers also were championing Danica to find love at Casa Amor. @bigbattygyal121 said: "Danica will find the perfect man at Casa Amor."
