As we move on to Tuesday just a few more things to look at from Week 1. The Cleveland Browns got the victory against the Carolina Panthers. While it wasn’t as pretty as many would have liked and caused heartburn and heartache at the end, the Browns are 1-0 going into Week 2.
As we’ve covered, the pair of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt at running back carried the load, even if it caused annoyance for fantasy football owners. Chubb’s yards per carry average is among the immortals at the position.
As always, hard to have a great rushing attack without great offensive line play. Despite James Hudson III starting for Jack Conklin at right tackle and Ethan Pocic at center replacing J.C.Tretter, the line opened holes for Chubb and Hunt while keeping QB Jacoby Brissett upright.
In what comes as no surprise, Wyatt Teller was a big part of opening those holes:

Not only does Teller get the pancake but that pancake block comes on former top 10 pick DT Derrick Brown.
Teller wasn’t done with one, as Kinnan highlights his second pancake from Week 1:

This time, Teller gets up to the second level to clear out the linebacker in the hole, finishes him off then pops back up on his feet.
It looks like Kinnan is going to track Teller’s pancakes this year which will be a lot of fun.
