Tempers spilled over 10 minutes from time at the game in Mayobridge when a series of brawls broke out involving players from both teams.

Commentators struggled to keep up with the lengthy melee as it settled down and flashed up on a number of occasions.
"Just to our left there are three Burren men and Kilcoo men engaged in close combat. To our right they're trying to lead each other away," said one. "This game is going to get abandoned. It is all so unnecessary."
Burren's Odhran Murdock, Danny Magill and Ryan Magill were dismissed along with Kilcoo trio Jerome and Ryan Johnston and Sean Og McCusker.
After the dust setlled, Burren beat defending All-Ireland club champions Kilcoo 1-12 to 0-7.
Down officials will await the findings of Curran's referee's report before deciding if further disciplinary action will be taken while footage of the game from Down TV may also be made available to the CCC.
