Iranians have begun forming human chains around sensitive infrastructure sites across the country, according to state media reports and widely shared videos on social platforms, in what appears to be a symbolic show of defiance following President Donald Trump 's latest threat of "complete and total regime change."
"A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again," wrote Trump on Truth Social. "I don't want that to happen, but probably will."
