Victorian election results declared in Hastings and Mornington as new Labor ministers revealed

Two more marginal seats have been declared in Victoria, as the Labor government has welcomed new cabinet ministers after the party's election victory.

Just three seats remained in doubt in Victoria on Friday afternoon after the ABC called Hastings for Labor's Paul Mercurio and Mornington for Liberal Chris Crewther.
