Victoria Beckham has shown her support for her son Brooklyn after fans were left 'heartbroken' by the reaction to his latest cooking video. The eldest son of the Spice Girl and her former footballer husband David Beckham has continued to show off his skills in the kitchen despite being heavily mocked by his followers.
Last month, Brooklyn was seen whipping up a pasta dish that was slammed as 'out of touch' due to one main ingredient. The 23-year-old was seen making a sauce from scratch, using ingredients including flour, grated garlic, oil and cheese which he then added to freshly-cooked tagliatelle.
However, those watching the video were tipped over the edge when he added grated cheese and truffle on top of the dish to finish. And the addition of the latter lavish ingredient left his fans and followers unimpressed.

But undeterred, Brooklyn returned with a new video for his millions of followers. His latest cooking reel saw him whipping up one of his favourites, scouse - a traditional northern dish, hailing from Liverpool, which is a type of stew typically made from chunks of meat, usually beef or lamb, with potatoes, carrots and onion.
The wannabe chef and aspiring photographer could be seen in the video on his Instagram page slicing and chopping before stirring away over his hob. as he whipped up his creation. He used a fresh cut of red meat which he cut into chunks before placing into a pot to brow off.
He then prepped carrots and cabbage, which he added to the pot before coating with a carton of ready-made stock. After finishing off the dish after it finished cooking on the hob, Brooklyn posted the video to Instagram and captioned the post: "Scouse soup x one of my favourite dishes."
In the comments, he explained he didn’t add onions as because of his wife, Nicola Peltz. He said: "No onions because my wife isn’t a fan," before also addressing viewers' other top comments which was if the veg had been washed. "Yes I washed everything hahaha," he typed.
But some followers had other issues with Brooklyn's attempt at scouse - and it's what he called it. "Scouse is not a soup. That what u have cooked is English hot pot/ stew. If it were scouse it would be minced meat," one said. A second agreed, “Literally not scouse … all Liverpudlians rolling their eyes."
Others, however, were rushing to defend Brooklyn. @keyanrobarts said: "I truly am shocked at how rude people can be towards a simple cooking video. I do not get it. Can people not just be kind?" @nyafinch replied: "I'm no fan of his but i genuinely don’t understand the hate. the dude’s just cooking and living life. he didn’t choose to be born wealthy and he’s not hurting anyone so i’m lost here."
@vanessaxtaylorx posted: "Honestly heartbroken about all the negative comments made about your cooking journey. True people with no hatred in their heart want you to know that this is awesome and we’re thankful for you sharing this journey!" @pammacarthur.arledge added: "I am in awe watching you cook. The first time I saw one of your cooking videos I didn’t really think it was you cooking lol . You do an AMAZNG job, as though you are a professional chef! Please keep sharing hour videos. Your food looks absolutely delicious."
And doting mum Victoria was clearly on board as she re-shared the video to her Instagram Story and left a message. She wrote: "Harper is excited for me to attempt this tomorrow for dinner!!!!" She then added: "we love you!!!"
